I have noticed that the explanations on his site, this wiki (so far), and the wikipedia page doesn't say much, either. I remember he recently made a post where he said that the majority view should be used in policy decisions (I think he was talking from the POV of a business owner). The Beginner's Guide is a good start for links, but it difficult to read and merely points to posts, so far.
